I am a PGA and LPGA golf instructor with a passion for photography. I started as a teenager and continued studying photography right through college.
I enjoy taking pictures of families and children because I love working with people and creating images that people will cherish. Children especially are always fun and their interactions produce wonderful photographs.
For family projects, I specialize in outdoor portraits at your home or a location that we both think would work for your needs. I love working with both natural and strobe light. For traditional portraiture, however, ambient light can be the most beautiful. Individual and family portrait shoots may be scheduled throughout the summer in the DC area between May and December. The other months I am available in Miami, Florida.

I prefer to have one flat rate instead of charging 'a la carte' as some photographers do with lots of hidden fees. For three or more people, I charge $600 and will come to your home and spend as much time as it takes to capture great photographs. I will deliver you a polished album with a copy of every photograph in 4x6 print. I will upload all the images onto a site for you to see, share and re-order.
The rate is $350 for one or two people.

"I think after our initial viewing of all the photos, I was at a loss for words to express what I thought.
We were so enthusiastic that after telling our neighbors they actually came over that evening to see them all. They looked at every photo, and they were quite impressed. For myself I would say that they surpassed my greatest expectations. Not only are all the photos in the album Great, but there were so many other pictures that were wonderful I am not sure how I would have chosen. We were hoping to get one good picture of the three of us as a family. That was her goal. We really could not believe how wonderful a job you did. Elizabeth and I have taken many photos and certainly seen many photos of other people, both professional and amateur. These are the best family portraits that I have seen.
After looking through them I do not think that your business card even does justice to your skill level. I don't mean that your family picture is not really good, I just think that the photos you got of us are outstanding. I think that you really captured us in the way we are with each other. I also would add that they are incredibly flattering to Elizabeth and I. Justin is adorable so it is not surprising that so many of the pictures of him are great.
I can't forget how much we appreciated the presentation. Not only were they nice to look at but the ribbons on the packets of photos was such a nice touch.
